The Women’s Empowerment Principles, launched in April 2012, are seven principles to promote gender equality in the workplace.
When implemented in companies, they can inspire positive change in the workforce and the wider global economy.
Corporate Advisory Group
UN Women NC UK works closely with companies across all business sectors through the Corporate Advisory Group. The group was formed in 2012 and companies are invited to join to help UN Women NC UK work to address the challenges that we all face, share best practice, and action the Women’s Empowerment Principles.
Together, we work to create solutions that help women to advance in the workplace, achieve parity, and address other key strategic issues including supply chain management, economic stability and equal opportunities for women in education.
